Woven tag RFID roll to roll label applicator

  ZARA Woven Label Project Introduction 

SKILT Have cooperate with AD ll  Checkpoint ll Unitex ll Uniter ll Yokohama for mare than 30 sets woven label roll to roll applicator since 2018. 

Project Description  

Woven tag are named as weft satin, satin and taffeta according to their production methods and quality types.   For woven production actually it is in roll as picture show, but need put RFID label on each woven tag before cut into pcs . 

Label applicator function

●  Past the RFID inlay sticker on each pcs woven tag;

●  If the RFID inlay can not reading EPC&TID, this pcs woven tag not labeling;  

●  If the woven tag with yellow marker not labeling;

●  After labeling, collection in roll again ;
