Working Process
① Bottles delivery to the labeling machine conveyor from the production line, or worker put bottles on machine conveyor;
② Bottles move to separate bottle device keep in certain distance, go on move to 1# top labeling engine.
③ When sensor check bottle, send signal to PLC, PLC received signal deal with information first, then output signal to 1# servo motor send label on bottle top surface for "Г" shape tax label labeling first.
④ Bottle go on delivery to 2# 3# labeling engine, enter into press bottle device, fix bottle body not move,when sensor check bottle, send signal to PLC, PLC received the signal deal with information , then output signal to 2# 3# servo motor send label on bottle front and back two sides at the same time ;
⑤ Bottle go on delivery to 4# neck labeling engine, labeling way is same.
⑥ With the rolling label device,suit for round bottle need labeling wrap around.
