SKILT High speed egg box labeling machine is a stand-alone intermittent motion labeling system designed for

mid-high speed of self-adhesive sticker labels affixed onto plastic/paper egg box surface directly.
 

    Special for recycled Paper Pulp Egg Carton / Box / Tray

    12 count tri-fold, 12 count bi-fold
    18 count bi-fold, and 24 count bi-fold

Machine Features

  Feeding: The operator loads a stack of nested clamshells/Egg tray box into the 4 feeding  hopper. The automatic feeder separates and dispenses them one by one onto the conveyor. With 2 / 4 /6 Channel feeding device optional depends on client labeling speed .

  Labeling: The servo-driven labeling head dispenses the label synchronously with the conveyor speed, sticking it onto the top, bottom, or wrapping around the side of the clamshell.

  Collection: The finished clamshell reaches the end of the line, where the collection device automatically counts and stacks them back together.
