SKILT High speed clamshell labeling machine is a stand-alone intermittent motion labeling system designed for

mid-high speed of self-adhesive sticker labels affixed onto plastic tray clamshell top or bottom surface directly.

Machine Features

Automatic Feeding Device (De-nester / Dispenser): operator loads a stack of clamshells/Egg tray box into the 4 feeding hopper and places them individually onto the conveyor belt using vacuum suction or mechanical grippers. With 2 / 4 /6 Channel feeding device optional depends on client labeling speed .
Conveyor System: High-precision transport belt equipped with guiding rails to keep the clamshells perfectly aligned during high-speed movement.
Labeling Head (Applicer): Powered by high-speed servo motors to dispense and apply labels precisely onto the moving containers.
Pressing/Smoothing Mechanism: Sponge rollers or brush systems that press the label firmly onto the clamshell surfaces to eliminate air bubbles and wrinkles.
Automatic Collection Device (Stacker / Re-nester): Collects the labeled clamshells and automatically restacks them efficiently for bulk packing.
