Machine Features Introduction 

SKILT PM-DPM paging and labeling machine (also known as a friction feeding and labeling machine) is a self-adhesive packaging system that perfectly combines "automatic and efficient paging" with "precise flat labeling."

It is specifically designed for handling unfolded flat cardboard boxes, various plastic bags, cards, cardboard, or instruction manuals. In production, workers simply place stacks of materials into the hopper in batches; machine automatically separates the individual sheets, conveys them at high speed, and completes the surface labeling.

 Common Derivative Multifunctional Configurations:

1. Fully Automatic Integrated Print & Apply Paging System: Suitable for e-commerce, apparel, and food companies that need to change label content in real time according to different batches (such as printing dynamic barcodes, production dates, traceability QR codes, or logistics addresses). It seamlessly integrates an industrial-grade printing engine (such as Zebra or German NOVEXX) into the flat labeling head, enabling "printing one second and immediately pasting it on the pouch the next."

2. Add one more labeling engine, applies 2 or more labels to the top surface.

  MACHINE FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

1.  Feeder:  Paging device, can put cards into feeding device,  delivery out one by one；
2.  Labeling:  When card delivery to the labeling position, past sticker on card surface directly Labeling engine with SKILT Servo control and German Novexx ALS204 for choose.  
3.  Collection:  After finish labeling, delviery to the end part for collection. Collection way also with different kinds for client choose.
