These machines typically employ a continuously rotating bottle-separating star wheel and a multi-station turntable design, ensuring container stability and labeling accuracy even at high speeds. This completely eliminates common problems associated with manual or conventional labeling, such as air bubbles, corner lifting, and label misalignment.

(1) Labeling speed: Standard capacity is 100 to 300 bottles/minute. With continuous star wheel technology, the maximum labeling speed can reach 400 to 500 bottles/minute.

(2) Control System: The core control unit typically features a Siemens PLC and HMI touchscreen, while the servo control utilizes a Panasonic labeling engine. The main motors are often from top-tier brands like ABB, ensuring stability under high loads and all-weather operation.

(3) Drive Engine: Standard configuration includes a 750W or higher power servo-controlled labeling engine for precise control of the label dispensing speed, achieving a labeling accuracy within ±0.5mm to ±1mm.

①　High-Stability Rotary Turntable Design: Unlike ordinary linear labeling machines, rotary machines are equipped with multiple bottle-separating and collecting turntables. Bottles are firmly fixed to independent rotating stations after entering the star wheel. Even at extreme speeds of 500 BPM, the bottles will not tip over or shift.

It can not only perform standard wrap-around labeling on round bottles, but also autonomously rotate at the workstation to complete single-side, double-side, and partial positioning labeling, and even complex simultaneous neck and body label application.

③　Seamless integration with coding and inspection systems: The equipment has reserved expansion interfaces, allowing direct installation of thermal transfer coding machines (TTO), laser printers, or inkjet printers to instantly print production batch numbers and dates before labeling. It can also interface with CCD vision inspection systems to automatically reject defective products with missing, incorrectly labeled, or unreadable barcodes.
