SKILT DLM-DPM series Top and Front-Back Labeling Machine is a highly integrated and powerful composite automatic self-adhesive labeling system. It typically features three independently controlled triple labeling heads, enabling labels to be applied to the top, front, and back surfaces of a product simultaneously during a single conveyor cycle. High Flexibility and Multi-functionality:

The greatest commercial value of this triple-label system lies in its extremely high compatibility. By opening or closing different label head combinations on the PLC touchscreen, businesses can achieve multiple uses with a single machine:

Mode 1: All three heads open ➡️ Achieve three-sided labeling (top + front and back double sides).

Mode 2: Top label head closed ➡️ Instantly transforms into a standard double-sided labeling machine, suitable for regular flat bottles.

Mode 3: Top label head only open ➡️ Instantly transforms into a flat labeling machine, suitable for labeling ordinary unformed cardboard boxes or bags.

Optional: Install and round bottle wrap belt, the machine can directly handle circumferential labeling of round bottles jars.With brush label cylinder, suitable for square bottles requiring multi-side labeling with one label.

Core Configuration and Workflow:

To ensure labeling accuracy on all three sides simultaneously during high-speed operation, the machine typically integrates a highly complex mechanical and electrical control system:

①　Aligning & Centering Mechanism: After the product (such as a rectangular or oval bottle) enters the conveyor belt, synchronous alignment chains on both sides forcibly adjust the bottle angle, ensuring the product enters the labeling area in a perfectly upright and straight posture.

②　Synchronous Top Holding Belt: Because the labeling heads on both sides exert lateral pressure on the bottle, the top synchronous top holding belt firmly presses down on the bottle cap or box top from directly above, ensuring the bottle remains stable during movement.

③　Triple-Head System: The left and right side labeling heads, driven by servo motors, precisely align and affix brand labels and ingredient lists to both sides of the product. The top labeling head accurately affixes anti-counterfeiting codes, promotional logos, or traceability QR codes to the top of the product (e.g., directly above the bottle cap or packaging box).

④　Dynamic Wiping & Rolling: After labeling, the sponge rollers and brushes on both sides, along with the top pressing device, simultaneously perform high-frequency wiping on all three sides of the label, thoroughly eliminating air bubbles and wrinkles.
