01 Bottles are delivered from the production line to the labeling machine conveyor, or placed on the conveyor manually.

02 Bottles are separated at a controlled distance and transferred to the top labeling engine.

03 After bottle detection, the PLC controls the servo motor to apply the top-surface “Γ” shape tax label.

04 Bottles enter the pressing device for stable positioning while the second and third labeling engines apply front and back labels simultaneously.

05 Bottles continue to the neck labeling engine for neck label application.

06 An optional rolling label device supports wrap-around labeling for round bottles.
