Automated Labeling Process

Individual Labeling

Labels are applied to the flat surface of each wet wipes pack one by one.

Programmable Stacking

Finished packs are grouped automatically. Stack quantities, such as 4 or 6 pieces, can be set directly on the touch screen.

C-Wrap Sealing Label

After stacking, a C-wrap label is applied across two surfaces to provide a secure sealing function.

Customized for your production requirements: the complete machine configuration can be adapted to package size, labeling position, stacking quantity and line layout.
